Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Each crystal is carefully handpicked, cleansed, and packed before dispatch.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Delivery timeline: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • We work with trusted courier partners like Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, India Post.

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹[your amount].

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select countries outside India.

  • Delivery timeline: 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID by email/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your order online until it reaches you.

Packaging & Handling

Delays

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, festivals, natural events, or customs clearance (for international orders).

  • We will keep you updated in case of any unexpected delay.
