Refund & Return Policy – SomChakra Crystal

At SomChakra Crystal, every crystal is handpicked, cleansed, and energised with care before it reaches you. We want you to feel happy, secure, and positive with your purchase.

Since crystals are natural, unique, and energy-charged items, slight variations in color, shape, or size are normal and not considered defects. However, if you face any genuine issue, we are here to help.


Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Your product arrived damaged or defective.

  • You received an incomplete order (missing items).


Conditions for Return

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing/WhatsApping us with order details and photos.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Energy products (like personalised crystal guidance combos, customised items, or used crystals) are non-returnable.


Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, you may choose between:
    Replacement of the same item
    Store Credit for your next purchase
    Refund (processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days)

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • In case of return shipping, the cost will be borne by the customer (unless it was our error).


Non-Returnable Items

For energy and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Cleansed & energised crystals that have already been used

  • Custom-made crystal sets or bracelets

  • Gift cards and downloadable guides

  2. Share your order ID, reason, and product photos.

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return/refund process.
